WAITING FOR A RULING ON WENDI G.'S CASE

I know a lot of people are dying to hear what's going on with Wendi G. and her children. The answer is we don't know yet. She had a hearing on January 10th and 12th with a lot of important testimony. She expects a ruling from Judge Hulsing in about two weeks. I will let you know the minute there is more news.

Thank you for keeping her and the children in your thoughts and prayers.

  2. We are praying for God to speak His truth to the judge seeing God knows what has gone on. May the Holy Spirit be so clear to the judge as He makes this ruling on behalf of this little one. Praying for direction and clarity of mind for Judge Hulsing.

  4. Judge Hulsing has ordered Wendi a 90 day jail sentence, starting today, due to her disobeying his court order. Justice and Righteousness needs to prevail in the justice system. PRAY PRAY PRAY

  5. The order has not come through yet but Wendi was just arrested and put in jail for 90 days for fleeing the state last summer with her kids after the sexual abuse was exposed. Judge Hulsing was sending the kids back to the abuser while they waited for the trial in January. At the trial, the 10 yr. old said "I recant because I don't want my dad to go to jail." So they put the mom in jail. How corrupt is that?

  6. Well we now know the extent of judicial prejudice and the relative value given for upholding an adult male's reputation as opposed to protecting the emotional welfare of a 10 and 12 y.o. It is shocking that Hulsing would send Wendi to jail for 90 days and take away her visitation rights in Michigan, leaving only a few hours of supervised visits in Colorado; and then burden her with her ex's legal fees. I don't think anyone would argue that children need ongoing communication and nurturing from their mother. This order is designed to cripple the very close bond the children have always had with Wendi. I know God is working out an overarching story but the scenario leaves me nearly speechless. I think it would be very helpful for Lundy to explain this 'out of the ballpart' judicial decision with some hopeful perspective for Wendi and the children's future. How do we best advocate and work for legal reform.

  7. It's a sad day in America when a Mother cannot protect her children from an abuser and he gets custody. God will be the judge in this case. I would not want to be the Dad...God's justice is far more serious than the courts. Just because the Father is a minister it doesn't make him God. Look at all the abuse that goes on seemingly un-punished.
God Bless you Wendi and you are in our prayers constantly. We will not forget you.
