The Document the Judge Won't Allow Into Evidence

For those of you who have been following the "Wendi G." case that I've been blogging about for a year now  -- and for those of you who are new to it -- a document that I have recently put up on my website should stun you -- because Judge Jon Hulsing won't allow this "Forensic Report" into evidence. He has declared that Wendi is lying, and that she manipulated her children into making statements, and on that basis ordered Wendi to jail for 90 days -- but he won't allow into evidence the only thorough and objective interview that was done with the children. And to make matters even more stark, it was an interview that was conducted by a team that specializes in interviewing children.

To read the full report that was barred from evidence click here.

I believe that you if you read the full report, you will find yourself entertaining serious questions about why Judge Hulsing wouldn't allow this into evidence at hearings or at the trial. This is the type of case the FBI should investigate.

If you feel concerned after reading the report, please call the Michigan governor at:

(517) 373-3400

and request an investigation into Judge Hulsing's conduct. (This is only one case among several that have been brought to my attention regarding misconduct on Judge Hulsing's part.)

AN UPDATE ON THE CASE:  Wendi is out of legal options for the moment, though additional routes are likely to open up in the future. In the mean time, she is seeing her children regularly (once per month) with supervision, as ordered by the court. I would like to write more about what happened at the trial, but I am still waiting to find out what I can say about the children's statements at trial, which is the most important thing to write about.

  2. Fixed it. I hope it stays fixed, because it was working before; not sure why it stopped.

Thank you for bringing the problem to my attention.

  4. Just read your book why does he do that knew I needed to call the hotline when I told some of my story the girl said very non chalant sorry to hear about that and when I told her I was white she laughed at me. Your book deals with the courts not helping start with the hotline personnel, she is not as sorry as I am that I called.

  5. This is so sad. I will continue to pray for Wendi, and for her children especially, that there is enough publicity on this that their father is wary enough not to harm them again. If no further harm to them is all that comes from Wendi's battles, it was worth it. Here's hoping Judge Hulsing doesn't have the final say in the end on whether to leave these poor kids in danger another day.

  6. Thank you for updating us! I have been worried since the last blog post, she and the children have been on my mind daily! I will be calling the Governor and placing my concerns about Judge Hulsing! Please, if you can, let Wendi know that those she once counseled herself, are still praying for her! She is such a wonderful woman and I will always be praying for the truth to come out!

  7. Why didn't Judge Hulsing allow this interview to become evidence if it was conducted by professionals in the field? How was this interview dismissed legally?

Just wanted to encourage you. As a fellow blogger, I know how discouraging it is when no-one comments on your post.

  9. Keep posting what you are allowed to post Lundy. Much prayer has gone up for this family. God knows the timing and the procedure to bring justice to this situation. Praying for Wendi and the children that God would heal their wounded broken hearts. How do such sensitive things get put under the rug? These children need to know they are protected. This was so hard to read and so sad to think that there was no justice for the children in order for anyone to hear their hearts of fear and truth.

  10. Yes, thank-you for the update, and for the continuing encouragement to those of us who follow your posts. You are greatly appreciated and your expertise is incredibly valuable to us.
Proverbs 29:26. "Many seek an audience with a ruler, but it is from the Lord that man gets justice."
It is comforting to know that when the system fails and people fail to uphold what is right, that it is not the end of the story. There is a God Who is righteous and just and Who will seek justice for the oppressed. He has a special place in His heart for all who are treated wrongly. He will bring the truth to light in His time. Sometimes He is grooming those who will be instrumental in revealing the truth and the solution. Take heart in His perfect timing, as God begins working on your behalf from the moment you cry out to Him.

  11. Lundy, Thank-you for informing us of this broken justice system namely FAMILY COURT. It is very apparent Judge Hulsing is protecting Caleigh and Monte's father, not the children. Is it possible this Judge is getting paid off by the abuser and/or is this another case, like the Catholic Church hiding the pedifile Priests, and coincidentally Judge Hulsing claims to be a member of an RCA church and could he be protecting the reputation of the Church as well as the childrens Father who has strong connections in the RCA? We will all continue to pray for Justice but also for protection for Caleigh and Monte. They are victims caught in the middle with a Judge who apparently has no concern for abused children. If this document is public knowledge is it possible the Judge read this and that is why he didn't allow it in court? He is protecting the abuser not the abused!!!

  12. Lundy, When we contact the Michigan Governors office his assistant states there is nothing they can do about the corruption in Ottawa County with Judge Hulsing and with the cases of Wendi G. and Ann. M. He stated the reason is, "separation of powers." Judges certainly have, "all power" Since 1969 there have been only 69 cases of sanctions against Judges, with 600 complaints just in the last year. The vortex of Judicial Tyranny has been spinning out of control for years. Let us keep in mind the story of David and Goliath in the Bible. All it took was one man, to defeat the strong enemy. Lets continue with courage and fortitude to see this abuse of tyranny end.

  13. Am so sorry Lundy--I have had so many of these cases, so many reports even PCL'Rs they won't allow in. Our work has got to be to train the judges--without the understanding of the permanance of pathology we will never get past this kind of conduct in court.
